H Series litter receptacles are built with a Publicote™ powder coated welded steel frame. Each frame consists of three steel circular bands welded to eight vertical steel rods, with eight rods across the base. Each of the carefully selected slats are attached to the frame from the inside with three special hardened, plated screws. The standard steel frame color is black.
