Who we are
Through an unwavering commitment to our customers' legacy, we build quality, sustainable products that help create timeless spaces, transforming moments into stories and bringing communities to life.
About Us
VICTOR STANLEY, a leader in quality site furnishings, helps you bring your visions to life. From benches and bike racks to smart litter receptacles, which use our Relay Sensor and Service to enable efficient collection routing, we meticulously design, engineer and manufacture every detail to ensure our site furnishings will withstand the test of time. Celebrating over 60 years of helping create a place for people to gather, live life and make timeless moments.
Carefully integrated designs and the innovative use of materials and technology reflect our commitment to producing site furniture that is durable, strong, attractive, and comfortable. In addition to our standard offerings, we specialize in the custom design and custom manufacture of site furnishings for public use, working closely with clients to bring unique concepts to life. Staying current in the marketplace defines our daily efforts, from meeting the challenges of evolving designs to addressing the growing need for environmental responsibility. We combine proven and innovative materials and manufacturing techniques in thoughtful, forward-thinking ways, taking the time to solve complex engineering challenges. We listen to the invaluable suggestions, requirements, and feedback from landscape architects, architects, cities and municipalities, designers, urban planners, engineers, end-users, and customers worldwide.
Our manufacturing goal is to provide consistent value and quality in every component of our products: in each piece of steel, every casting, every piece of recycled plastic, every piece of hardware, and every species of wood. Our state-of-the-art facilities, spanning 200,000 square feet (18,500 square meters) across two modern factories in Maryland, showcase Victor Stanley's commitment to innovation and sustainability. Equipped with four custom-designed powder coating systems, eleven computerized welding robots, and cutting-edge metal- and wood-working equipment, we ensure precision and efficiency in every step of our manufacturing process. We prioritize environmental responsibility, utilizing thousands of tons of recycled materials annually to minimize our ecological footprint. Victor Stanley continuously invests in technology and equipment to reduce energy consumption and uphold sustainable production practices.
In the 1980s, when the now-obsolete 286 chipset was the cutting edge of computer technology, Victor Stanley began using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting tools to enhance our ability to work closely with designers, architects, and customers on special projects. Today, we remain committed to harnessing technology through the use of 3-Dimensional Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (3D CAD) tools, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining. We provide product specification drawings in SKP, DWG, DXF, and PDF file formats. Our full in-house engineering, graphics, and design departments ensure that our high standards for both design and function are consistently met and exceeded.
Thousands of our product installations are found throughout the USA and Canada, and we also export to more than twenty other countries. Victor Stanley representatives can be found worldwide. We have earned a global reputation for the manufacture of high-quality site furnishings, always at competitive prices.
